You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date it was shipped. You must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us to be eligible to process a return. Merchandise must be in excellent condition with all parts, accessories, and original packaging. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, and if your return is approved, the money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. Credit card payments take about 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. A restocking fee of 20% of the item price is not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Banking fees, PayPal fees, and the shipping portion of your purchase, are not refundable. They will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for return shipping fees and customs, which are nonrefundable as well. We recommend you purchase insurance on your return shipment. If the package is damaged during the shipping process, you will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend you get tracking and shipping confirmation to ensure we receive your package. We are not responsible for packages lost during the return shipping process.
